Before Listing:

  • Establish the selling price of your home
  • Color brochure completed.
  • Professional photographer to take pictures of interior and exterior and prepare floor plans for each level.
  • Hire a professional stager to assist in preparing the home for sale if needed.
  • Room measurements taken.
  • Create an affordability sheet for display.
  • Develop a detailed list of what is included, and upgrades that have been done.
  • Complete listing agreement & disclosers.

 

At Listing Time:

  • Listing put on the multiple listing service for your area.
  • Electronic lock box on the home.
  • Pictures inputted to the multiple listing system and more than 170 real estate websites worldwide.
  • Broker open house scheduled
  • Sign ordered for front of home.  Also, include a take one flyer box for brochures
  • Feature cards placed in strategic locations in the home.
  • Send an email “just listed” cards to personal contacts and in your neighborhood.

 

Public Open House:

  • Do as frequently on Saturday and/or Sunday
  • Follow up with every open house attendee within 3 days.

 

Social Media:

  • Provide tour links and a website dedicated to your home
  • Post your listing to various social media sites including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Run advertisements that will filter out to home buyers on the web as they are looking for a new home with PointAds through Realforce.

 

Other:

  • Will advise you of all activities and offers.
