Broker open house scheduled
Sign ordered for front of home. Also, include a take one flyer box for brochures
Feature cards placed in strategic locations in the home.
Send an email “just listed” cards to personal contacts and in your neighborhood.
Public Open House:
Do as frequently on Saturday and/or Sunday
Follow up with every open house attendee within 3 days.
Social Media:
Provide tour links and a website dedicated to your home
Post your listing to various social media sites including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
